Our modular homes are designed to provide a low-energy (save upto 75% in energy bills), prefabricated home solution that is both innovative and sustainable.

We use SIP panels to create our modular homes, which are a high-performance building system that allows us to create a beautiful, energy-efficient home at a much faster speed that meets the needs of modern living.

These homes are built at our dedicated factory, delivered in modules and then installed on site –kitchen, bathrooms, floor coverings, plumbing and electrical all included. This method allows greater control over the building process and efficiency in terms of materials, time and money.  For our smaller designs we build and assemble these in our factory then transport to site.
