The Process

FEASIBILITY 

We will conduct a full feasibility assessment which will give everyone a better understanding of what the total development costs will be and what the potential returns can be.


 DESIGN/CONSENT

After everyone comes to an agreement with the feasibility report we will move on to the design of the units and seek the necessary approval needed such as  ‘ ‘


TAKE TO MARKET

Once we receive the necessary approvals we will take the projects to the market via house and land packages. By splitting the project into a house and land packages you will receive a return on your land as each of the individual blocks are sold and settled without the need to build out the project yourself.
