By choosing to build your new home with us, you can expect a seamless approach that involves these 8 easy steps.
1. – TELL US ABOUT IT! – PERSONAL CONSULTATION
You’ve found your ideal section, you’ve obtained the LIM report OR you your'e not satisfied with the house your living in and what to renovate; now get in touch with us and tell us a little bit about your dream home.
We offer a 1 hour free no obligation consultation to discuss your ideas and budget for your dream home. If you’ve already had plans drawn up, bring them along. Or we are more than happy to design your dream home with you, we’ll talk about this at your consultation.
2. – DESIGN CONCEPTS
If you've already got house plans and a budget in mind, we'll provide you with a detailed quote, so you can see exactly what's involved in seeing your dream home become a reality. Otherwise, if you don't already have house plans, our talented architect or designer will create design concepts from your ideas. From this concept plan a detailed quote can be prepared.
3. – SIGNED, SEALED, DELIVERED! – CONTRACTS & CONSENTS
Once you give us the green light on your proposal and an initial deposit is made, we get down to the nuts and bolts of the build, so to speak.
We will then take it from here and detailed drawings will be completed, we will apply for all required building consents with the council on your behalf. Our great relationships with the Council will help to assist with faster processing of applications.
4. – FLAG ANY FINAL CHANGES
Building or renovating a new home is a big investment – we understand that. You will have a pre-construction meeting with a member of your expert project team, you can flag any minor, last-minute changes to your inclusions – and ask any questions or seek clarification about the building process before it begins.
5. – ACTION, GO! – BUILDING WORKS & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Once council consent is approved we will agree a start date and project timeline with projected stages of completion. Then the exciting stage of building works start, where our highly skilled team make your dream home into reality. Once building has commenced, we will provide weekly updates and site visits.
6. – PRE-HANDOVER INSPECTION
Our reputation and track-record of excellence comes down to the quality finish of all our new homes. Having happy clients is central to everything we do.
A pre-handover inspection allows you to view your new home with Your site manager to ensure everything is as planned.
7. – THAT’S A WRAP! – BUILDING WORKS FINISH & MOVE IN
Once the house building work is complete, we provide a free commercial construction site clean up so your dream home is all ready for you to move in!
When you have signed-off the project, the final invoice is issued and when your payment has been received, you can move into your dream home.
8. – GUARANTEE & support
You may have moved into your new home, but the team at Kane Build Group is still here to support you. You can contact us should your new home require a maintenance service during our extended 120-day maintenance period as part of our guarantee to you.
We provide you peace of mind with the 10 year Master Builder guarantee and 10 year Weather Tightness Guarantee. In addition, we will also provide:
- An extended maintenance period of 120 days

- Finish on time
- Full construction clean prior to move in
